Shipping policy

We are currently delivering in the UK only

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Delivery    2-4 working days    £3.99

Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £25.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the courier's website. 

During peak seasons, such as Christmas or Black Friday, or sale periods, processing times may be longer. 


Delivery Issues

Undelivered or Lost Parcels: We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team by chat. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Faulty Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. 

Leaving Parcels with a Neighbour or in a Safe Place: If you instruct us to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a nominated safe place and it goes missing, we are not responsible for the loss. Your instructions to us or the courier act as authorisation for the delivery.
